2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Transmission Output Shaft Speed Sensor question?
-
Just replaced my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Transmission Output Shaft Speed Sensor after verifying a bad sensor code. I got away cheap ($35.00) for new part and labor. Jeep shifts fine now but I have a question. If the speedometer is controlled by this sensor (I'm assuming) why didn't the speedometer act up or display wrong speed? Also, won't the engine chk light come on? Thanks
