Can I put a bigger radiator in my jeep?

I have a 91 jeep cherokee that just blew the radiator. I have put a new radiator in but now it will not start

  • It just cranks but sounds like its not getting spark. Is there any swittches or anything at all I might need to reset or replace after overheating and blowing a hole in the radiator.

  • Answer:

Check your oil. Bet the head is cracked and the cyclinders are full of coolant. How long did you drive the jeep after the the radiator blew and how hot did it get? if it got hot and cracked the head, the motor needs to be replaced.

It overheated bad enough to blow a hole in the radiator????? First question to answer is why did it overheat that badly...... Then take a look at the head, head gasket, and block. Overheating that badly is extremely tough on the motor. Look for a destroyed head gasket.
