  It depends on how far you want to go.. Its gonna involve alot of re-wiring and extending wires ect.. In my opinion it looks super clean, but I cant be bothered to do it, I just go fast and dont worry about it :P You can re-located the battery to the trunk, take the underhood fusebox and hook it up under the passenger side dash board, People run alot of the random extra wires through the tops of the fenders where the hood release is at. so people will go completely all out and relocate the fuel filter and all the brake lines as well.. It really just depends on how much patience you have for wiring. anything that you think is in the way, move it into the cabin under the dash board somewhere. ofc I wouldnt recommend moving the fuel filter inside the cabin, but you can hide it better further down the firewall. There no science really, just whatever strikes you.
