How to set timing on a 94 honda civic?

94 Honda Civic timing Belt Noise?

• 1994 Honda Civic LX d15b7 Timing Belt Seems to be making noise. Got an audio recording of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZfUHnFb4Os%5B/url%5D 1080p Available Don't know if that helps with sound or not. Don't mind the vibration sound on :07-0:10 camera was sitting against something that shook during increase in rpm. Hoping to get some opinions on what the noise is? Timing Belt too lose or tight? Idle Pulley Bearing etc.

  The Honda motor's tend to make that noise if the T- belt has been put on too tight. There's also a possibility something is rubbing the plastic inner or outer T-belt cover. Good luck and hope this helps.
