You can get them for $30 or less, i would say about 1/2 to an hour of labor. But beware, sometimes the counter weight on the shifter linkage needs to be cut off because the bottom part of the shifter is longer, and sometimes it will hit on the exhaust pipe. Not all of them have this though, i would say worst case scenario, your looking at $150, you can also buy a set of energy suspension shifter bushings on ebay, i just got some and here are the cheapest ones i found: item # 380031585076 , and the seller ships them very fast too. That will tighten the shifter up as well and can be installed at the same time. Good luck.

you could install it yourself. learn a bit about your car. its not to hard to do on a 99 Si. take pride in your car. you have more sentiment if you do the work your self.
