How much does a Honda Accord inline 4 to V6 engine swap cost?

• How much would a 2002 Honda Accord inline 4 to V6 engine swap cost if I already had the v6 engine? would a manual transmission create any difficulties? and how long would it take? i am wondering because 1998 - 2002 accords don't come in a V6 manual combination. wtf was Honda thinking? I want to avoid buying a v6 auto and swapping the transmission, God knows how much that would cost. D=

  This will be lots of work on your part. You will have to weld brackets for mounting of the clutch. Install master cylinder,purchase clutch peddles with all other assembles on one bracket. You may have to modify the floor board to fit the clutch. My husband also says that unless you want to make project of this then it would cost a lot more than this model car is worth may need to get a new car and save the money.Yes the manual trans. will create a difficulty you'll have to pull out the trans. and add parts to it. good luck
