How do I fix my Bluetooth Problem?

Honda Bluetooth Problem?

  • I have a Honda Accord 2008 EXL with GPS/Bluetooth HFL (Hands Free Link). I also have an android phone (Nexus One). My problem is that if i happened to manually dial a number from my phone while connected to HFL, the call audio remains on the phone and is not automatically transfered to the HFL when the call is placed. I can manually press the bluetooth button on my phone only once the call is picked up on the other end and then only will the audio be transfered to HFL. Pressing the BT button on my phone before the call is answered does nothing! Is there an app that can solve this problem? is it the phone that is the problem? or is it the HFL? Where do i have my problem and how can i fix it? Thank you in advance for your answers.

  • Answer:

Your problem is that you have a discontinued phone. You should try to upgrade to a better phone, it is 2011.

Your phone being "out of date" is not the problem. If you want to dial on your phone and talk on your phone while still in your car, push the command button and say, "transfer" and it will stopping going through your audio system.
