ANY ideas??? oh i also have a LS vtec.

Well first off...you have one of the most sought after civics with a b16...why on earth would you swap a ls/vtec???? Secondly, you shouldn't ever troubleshoot your vehicle by throwing parts at it. You could have tested the fuel pump and filter by buying a $12 fuel pressure gauge that mounts on the fuel filter. The fuel pressure regulator can be tested for free. Troubleshooting a swap (especially a hybrid like the ls/vtec) is considerably more difficult since there are so many more variables involved. What ECU are you running? Has this problem always occurred or did it only start recently? What are the exact codes that you're showing?

change the air/fuel ratio sensor(o2 sensor in exhaust manifold)

Sounds like the upper O2 sensor as it's the only item that can send a message like the one you describe.

Eric

first. the b16 is a overrated motor! but my guess would be your 02 sensor
