Where can I buy a used 1995 honda civic ex engine for a cheap price? Not a racing engine, just stock.?

My 1995 honda civic ex was stolen for my rims, got it back, but the punks blew out my engine. Now I have to get another one. Please please someone out there tell me where I can buy a stock engine for the cheapest price i can find. The engine is stock 4cyl 1.5L with vtech. I just need my car to run again so I can go to school and work. Please help me out. I live in Southern California.
