you english speak good, you have to let the clutch out slow where slowly stepping on the gas pedal and that is the same in all gears, hard shifting is in the car not you

in the US we call it sport shifting, you keep your foot on the gas and and use the other foot to operate the clutch while shifting through the gear ladder. you have to shift hard, quick and precise or your engine can over rev and blow. or do you mean like the way we drive big rigs by floating the gears an shifting without stepping on the clutch? if that's the case then , you just have to listen to the engines rev peaks and shift into gear.
