Im pretty frustrated right now, but i need help looking for a front bumper for my 2005 honda civic?

I have a few scratches and dents on the front bumper of my 2005 honda civic lx and I need help looking for a replacement bumper, as well as the back bumper (some scratches and what not) but every site i go to sells the covers, and im trying to avoid going to the dealers due to over pricing. So if you could help me out as to where i can find the front and back bumpers as well as all of the things ill need to change them (screws and everything) id greatly appreciate it. Thanks
