Neither. Sell it and buy a car with a real engine. You will spend thousands of dollars installing a blower or turbo and then spend weeks sorting out all the bugs -- all for about a 20% HP gain.

Wow on honda-tech.com this been cover a million times so I going do this fast. Turbo-Uses exhaust fuels to spin the turbine and make power. Yes lag until hits full boost a nice Garret GT28R will handle nice you want make any real power until 3,oooRPM cost for a kit from $2500-$3500 not really worth it. You can piece together a kit from links below and should run you $1500-2000. You need a good tune. I suggest converting your car to OBD1 to run Hondata ecu. S/C-Makes power at low RPM. Cost $2000. But even a race pulley only makes 10psi. Fuel system used is FMU which is a bandaid fix. Tends to loose power higher RPMs. Is a pain to install since you need to remove the intake manifold and do all the belts. HP: Turbo: anywhere from 6psi-8psi 40-100whp depending on your turbo, tune, and how much psi you run. I woundlt run more then 8psi I seen 10psi but that doesnt hold much S/C: stock psi is 6-7 and 50whp max 70whp I say turbo its better for long run if you decide to rebuild your motor plenty of turbo D make 260whp daily ever heard of SOHC Ninja. SC is always past on the honda scene since it takes alot of time to install and money and limit to power

Superchargers are kits, which means brand is all you have for options. Turbo kits can be pieced together, which can cut costs and you can purchase individual parts for your own personal preference. As far as technical difference turbos have to be sized according to how your car is built, too small it stops producing power too early and too big you'll be shifting to the next gear by the time you start to get power. Superchargers don't have size issues, but they have whats called a parasitic drag. This is cause they are attached directly to the crank which adds resistance to the crank forcing your car to work a little harder till the supercharger spools. Each produce good numbers, it's preference and goals. The most power will be found with the turbo, but with more power comes more risks.
