What are British Touring cars?

What is the difference between the cars Honda Odyssey and Honda Odyssey Touring?

• I asked my parents and they don't know and our cousins have the Touring one but I don't see a difference, so if you know please tell me!!!!

  the touring has larger wheels and tires and different shock/ strut valving and more expensively trimmed interior also the oil change indicater is rediculously hard to reset in comparison to normal odyssey [buying one of these is like throwing out loose change with the laundry water, you don't really feel the loss but over the years that change adds up, and after 10 years the touring wont be worth any more than the less expensive version]
