Does anyone know if a 1998 civic climate control/radio bezel fits on a 1999 civic???

  The 1996-1998 Honda Civic has a "single din" radio opening. The air flow is located in the center between the two buttons, rear defroster and the emergency flasher. The climate controls is located below the radio. The 1999-2000 Honda Civic has a "double din" radio opening. The air flow is located slightly to the right by the climate controls. The rear defroster and the emergency flasher is located at the bottom of the radio. The climate controls is located to the left side of the radio. Based from that it won't fit. The 1996-1998 model has the airflow tube inside that splits into two, the left and the right. The 1999-2000 model, has a different airflow tube inside, which is almost one tube, which directs the airflow to the left and right To make it fit, if creative enough, the center console must be replace, the airflow tube inside must be replace. The wiring should be the same, if not, modifications and re-wiring must be done.
