On your under drive pulley there should be a couple of lines etched into it. there is a plastic cover that goes over the timing belt and it has what looks to be a sight(as in gun site) line the sight up with the middle notch on the under drive pulley and that will set your bottom end. On your cam pulley there is a mark that needs to be level with the back part of the cover. if you line both up then that should get your timing dead on, or off one tooth. if you are off a tooth then you will definitely know it b/c you will have no power when you take off. if you are off a tooth the best way to move it one tooth is to get some white out and mark the belt on two teeth and then mark one tooth on the cam sprocket in between the two teeth. then adjust it to where the mark on the cam is just on the outside of one of the ones on the belt. when you have power when you try to move then you know you have it set mechanically right.
