Were can i get a cheap tubro engine for a honda civic ?

the question is unclear. 1) If you have a turbo setup/kit and would like to find an engine that would support that Forced Induction we would need your year and what model it is (ex/lx/dx). 2) if you have a solid platform base (good engine) to work with I would suggest researching what type of budget/ball park you would like to remain in and also how much power you're wanting to see. You would get more bang for your buck so to speak, building or piecing together your own kit. On a stock engine, D-series or b-series, a good turbo would be the mitsubishi evo 16g. It is cheaper than most aftermarket turbochargers and supports in the vacinity of 300-350 whp with a conservative tune. The key to a turbo install is the tune. Take it to an experienced tuner and let him know your expectations for the car. Communication with him/her is key to having a properly tuned/running boosted car. A wise man once said, "The sweet taste of cheap is often followed by the bitter taste of being broke down."

You'll probably want to look into building your own kit. It'll take a little work to get the base knowledge, but it's completely within your reach. A kit you build is typically referred to as a "homemade turbo" (that'll hell when you start searching for info). Also, check out the site in my sources section.
