Paying cash makes no difference on value of car. Either you pay cash or the bank pays them. They do make money either way they get the money. If you have that much cash and you came to me for your Accord I would suggest a one pay lease as an option. Pay for your lease all up front then invest the rest or your money. A lease gives you the following options turn in, sell , trade or buy it. Things change for everybody so options are nice to have. You need to find a knowledgeable dealer in your area that can take the time to explain it to you.

If you can do it financially, buying a car for cash is always the cheapest in the long run. That way you don;t pay finance charges and interest to the bank. And you can save on insurance because you can buy a higher collision deductible than the bank will require. Good luck. It's a great car.

Well I don't know how much Accords go for nowadays but they sure will accept your cash. I've seen a guy pay for a Porsche with straight up cash.

You will end up paying about 30K. With license registration etc. But if you pay for it cash, you don't pay any interest so you can save a few grand in the end.

Dealers could care less if you showed up with cash in your fist. They make money on the financing, too. You probably won't get a screaming deal on that car anythime soon since it just came out a couple of months ago.

Cash u could probably get a BIG discount. Like 4 or 5 thousand off.
