How do you know that the timing belt is bad is it broken or has it already jumped time or what or do you know eat-her way you r sure you r going to get the car if you know any thing about cars you can change the belt and the water pump at the same time or get a Friend to help you just rent a tow dolly and get it home and get a Chilton's repair manual and change the belt , getting the bolt loose on the crankshaft is the hardest part , but you can do it so jump in their and do it , ps if it has jump time already you might wont to take it to someone good luck
