How to know why or what happen to the clutch ,how to adjust myself of my honda z50?

my clutch worked before first it has no hand lever you just shift with your foot i dont know if thats even possible but ok well it started to shift in the reverse order i was like what? then it only had second only no matterwitch way i shifted then it only has first now nuetral and it wont go in to gear how to adjust ?some thing got caught in the wheel and chain to the point it would run but no go until i removed the item that was there

You've bent the shift lever in your tranny, or broken a gear when you got whatever it was in the wheel and chain, when you tried to go with the object stuck, it broke or bent something
