Common problem for all 90s era Hondas would happen on hot sunny day with car closed up sitting all day and not starting in the afternoon (they always start in the morning when it's cool). The starter cranks the engine over normally but it just doesn't fire up. Most people sit there, roll the windows down and leave the door open, since it's hot inside the car, and in about 5 minute the car starts right up. This problem is caused by a bad Main Relay which, when working properly, turns on the fuel pump when you try to start the car. The relay is mounted up under the dash to the left of the steering column and sometimes just won't work when it gets too hot so no gas gets pumped to the fuel injectors. New relays are between $45 and $65 and some can be a pain to replace. If your car meets this description then get the Main Relay replaced. If it does not meet these symptoms then it is something else-possibly ignition switch or worn ignition components.

It is the Ignition Crontrol Module, This is a common problem with hondas. sometimes the car will start fine and sometimes the car just won't start. The Module is a silver box located above the steering column, behind the dash. It costs 55 dollars and only takes about 10 minutes to change.

I had a 95 accord Ex, Mine would do that. It turned out to be a bad fuel pump and bad fuel filter. Mine especially did it when the car was under a quarter tank.

You need a tune up.

Sounds like the electronic anti-theft device is having problems. Sometimes replacing the key cylinder and re-keying can do it, sometimes it requires replacing the brains. There might be bypasses out there.
