Why won't my Diesel Corsa start?

Why wont my vaxhuall corsa 1994 1.5 diesel wont start in the morning?

  • it wont start in the morning and when it does there no problem then but once the engine goes cold it wont start again i checked the glow plugs they seem fine i think it could be the relay in the kick panel it a corsa 1.5 diesel any help please

    hi the gow plug relay should be ok its going to be a gow plug or two out,, to test disconnect wire from the top of them and put a wire to the positive side on the bat then flick the other end on the tip of the plug, if you get a good spark thats a good sign.. report back

How did u check the glow plugs. just curious

when the glow plug light has gone out listen for a click before you try and start up, the click is the glowplug control timing out. also you could check the leak off pipes that run between the injectors, if these perish they drag air into the system.
