My outboard keeps cutting out?

Have a 90 Olds Cutlass Ciera, 3.300 engine with T125-C 3spd trans no trouble codes keeps cutting out?

• i have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and my car keeps cutting out and dying, i will be driving along at any speed and suddenly it starts cutting out, if i punch it all the way to the floor it takes a second or so and then it will catch and start going again,or it will just cut out all the way and die, then when i try too start it ,it will be a very hard start, it will usually turn over 3 or 4 times and then stops hard, then it turns over easily for as long as i have the key turned a couple times and then back to the 3 or 4 turns of the engine and then stopping hard sometimes it starts but then it will run like its runnning out of gas and dying,i have unplugged the tcc solenoid to see if its the tcc and it does not help, i have checked the ccc for trouble codes and all i get is the code 12 saying the diagnostic system is working but then no further codes, no service engine light ever comes on either, please advise what should i try next, i really need my car to run , thank you

  I had a neighbor with a similar problem. Try checking the ground from the alternator or the engine block Best of luck
