I have a 2004 grand prix and when i turn and accelarate the car jerks when i accelarate it jerks then gones ba

It sounds like you are having an intermittent misfire in your motor. This will happen under accel as the motor goes temporarily lean which means it is harder to fire the plugs. Normally this will indicate that you have resistance or carbon trracking in the secondary ignition parts. Take the spark plug wires off one at a time and inspect for corrosion or carbon tracking. If that is all good, remove all the spark plugs and closely inspect for the same thing. Also look for what looks like black lightening on the white ceramic part of the plugs as that is carbon tracking and these were prone to that. If you find that on the plug, do yourself a favour and replace all the plugs and the wires as well as the insulator will have this track on it too you just can't see it.

you might want to check your motor because there might be some wires crossed. good luck with your car!:)

Can't be sure, but you might have a broken motor mount.

mabe there is a crack in your tranny filter and its drawing up air when you turn or take off fast. did u check the tranny fluid when it was hot and running?
