GMC Sonoma spark plug gap?
-
I have a 1998 gmc sonoma 4.3 V6. My manual says to gap it to 0.045 but autozone says to gap it to 0.060. Does the gap vary by plug brands or should I just gap it to what the manual says? I bought NGK platinum plugs. I have heard that these plugs are the same as acdelco. The plugs that I took out were autolites and were gaped to 0.065 and they were fouled and was also running awful. Please help I am working on it right now as I type. LOL.
