How much does it cost DYNO TUNE?

Dyno tuning a 2003 Mustang Gt?

  • everything is stock on my car except a CIA and my slp loudmouth 1 exhaust. I was thinking about buying headers but I decided to put that off because it going to cost around a grand for the headers themselves installation and a tune. So i decided on getting an O/R x pipe. I was planning on after the installation of that to get a dyno tune but would it be worth it with the little aftermarket parts I have? whats the average price for a dyno tune?

    Im dead serious when I say a tune no let me re phrase a dyno run a (EM) flash for that type of parts is a waist a bigger mafs and inj, ok. Camming it shure but a cai.exh and not even headers on it... For the gains isnt worth it but, you can always pick up a SCT programer witch will alow you personally thru your obd port add on adj such as these bolt ons....wow I mean you have an o/r x so you would need a pair of shortys they will run in the 3range paying the extra to have someone put em on is ludacris....... i wouldnt expect much horse power increase, but id expect better torque. and a dyno tune is hard to say
