  • Answer:

Ok first of all No its just a ford Bronco 2) Your altenator may be putting out low amps at an idle which can be caused by 2 reason the first is altenator is going to fail ( depending on amperage alt can range from 39.00 on up to excess of 125. with that year i am guessing about 65.00 with core) HOWEVER you may just have a Loose alt belt So definitly check that first ( a loose belt will cause the same problem ) just press on the belt that goes around your altenator if there is some looseness in it Bingo) 3) There are 1 of 2 things wrong with your signal If it only does this on one side ( the other side blinks fine) then you have a Blown signal Lamp. If it has this problem on both sides you have a faulty Flasher ( a flasher will be located in the fuse box will eithier be round or possiblly square Normaly located in the upper right side of fuse box, and will be clearly marked. Hope this answers your question if you need further assistance feel free to E Mail me Thanks Robert

Yes, Its still a Bronco Either the battery is low in charge or the alternator is going out. A new battery at Walmart is about $50-$75. You can buy as rebuilt alternator at an auto parts store. Also, take the vehicle to an auto parts store like Advanced Auto Parts or Auto Zone or others and they will test the battery and alternator for free. An a;lternator installed will run about $150 ot so. On the signal lights, one of the bulbs has a bad light bulb or is burned out and needs replacement.

First of all, it is not a bronco II. Bronco II's have two doors. Second, your alternator is going so you should replace it. It will cost you about $300 to replace it (parts and labor). The blinker light bulb is no good either.

Eddie bauer was on different cars and is a trim package. Just the brown on the bottom and interior. bronco II is a smaller ranger chassis bronco and have 4cyl or V6's. The big ones are the same chassis as the f150 and have V8's. The reason for the light going on and off is the voltage is going up and down. have a shop check the alternator and battery and see which is bad. Alternator might be bad because it should always staty at a constant voltage no matter what. Most likely new alternator there. In ford's at least, if a bulb burns out, then the remaining lights flash faster at twice the speed. That is how you can tell if you have a bulb out. If it does not flash at all, it could be the voltage problem causing it. Get the alternator fixed and then see if the turn signal works after that. If it still does not work then it is most liekly a bad conection and is not completing the circuit. I have seen connectors get dirty and do this. And ALL broncos have 2 doors. If there were 4 doors, then that would be what we call an explorer.

Im pretty sure that it being an eddie bauer edition just means that it has a gold strip down the side of it and maybe different interior but im not positive i cold be wrong. I guess that could be the reason for the light to come on but if the alternator was bad the light would most likely stay on and if it is it could cost anywhere from $100 to $200 depending on where you buy it and what kind you buy and if you get a warranty with it or not and for the blinker if the little arrow in the dash is not blinking than that means the blinker is out the bulb is probably burned out.
