How to install a cd player in 93 ford taurus?

Can i install a CD player in a 04 ford taurus se?

  I'm surprised that an 04 would not have a radio/cd player combo. We had bought a 2000 Taurus new and it too only had the radiocassette set up. I then bought a unit from a 2001 that had the CD option and installed it - easy as pie.. Only hitch, had to use the original temperature/AC control knobs.. Maybe you can find a 03,04,05 with CD player and just driop it in.
