Changing reversing light on a focus?

• Ok, I have SEVERAL problems with my dads Focus and was wondering if anyone could help me fix them. 1) His Battery light comes on when he is driving. (Especially this morning - after the car has heated up aswell) 2) Driver side window will not open or close, although Passangers will. 3) His call stalls at random moments. (When he is reversing especially!) - He also 'stalled' when he was going 30mph on the road and all his dials were going crazy (going up to like max then fastly moving back down) - this was the time of rush hour and he luckily got out of it WITHOUT crash. He has had his Fuel Pump replaced aswell and now we think it may be the Acceleration Sensor, I have no idea about the other 2 problems. Also - The battery light isn't actually doing any harm, it turns on for like 10-20 seconds then turns back off. Thanks for any help!

  only definite way ( sadly not cheap) is to have a garage do an computer analysis check. this will pinpoint faulty equipment. eg window opening etc can be poor connections or faulty sensor Switch in door. stalling can be faulty idle speed controller or a vacuum pipe leak etc the dials going crazy will normally be due to voltage and connection issues such as bad earth or loose connections with ECU. ( there are other issues) as far as I am aware there isn't an 'acceleration ' sensor? but there will be a throttle position sensor and these do eventually start to break down on Internal carbon 'tracks' due to Wear and vibration.
