Those home theater in a box are not flexible for adding anything to them or for upgrading. This is a common issue that consumer find when they buy one of those home theater in a box. You tv only has an optical audio output, this is a digital signal that has to be decoded by a Dolby Digital decoder. Check and see if your home theater has an optical audio input. If it has one then you can use this, you connect the tv audio signal using an optical cable and connect the other end to the home theater. You connect your satellite receiver directly to the tv. If your system does not have one them check and see if it has a left and right audio input, also check and see if your satellite receiver has a left and right audio output. Keep in mind that this will only provide you a stereo sound. Hope this will help you out.

Connect HDMI from Satellite receiver to TV for video then optical cable from Satellite receiver to Home Theater System for TV channel audio.
