95 Ford Escort LX fan relay?

I just bought a 95 Ford Escort, when I bought it the guy told me that the fan relay was blown and the problem is that in order to replace it i need the number on top of the relay. But he took the relay out when it blew and all the auto part stores are telling me they can't do it with out the number. Does anyone know what it is?????
