Where does the Gt emblems go on my 95 mustang?

I have a problem with my 95 mustang gt and i dont know if someone can help me?

• i have a 95 mustang gt its a 5 speed and i have a few modifications like gears and side exhaust with no catalytics. when iam driving it down the road suddenly u can see the rpms go all the way down like if the car had turned. it will last like for about one or two seconds and then it will start driving normally. this has happend to me a few times and i was just wondering if someone has had this problem or if someone could tell how to take care of the problem?

  Don't know what mods have been done so it hard to give you an accurate answer. When the revs go down does the engine shut off? I could be a fuel pump breaking down or an electrical short somewhere. Hard to say.
