How do you replace the tweeter speakers on a 1999 dodge ram 2500?

• 1999 dodge ram 2500. the tweeter speakers have blown. the front door speakers could be replaced too. my understanding is that you can't just replace them with after market speakers, because they have built-in amps. if you replace them, then you have to replace the deck too. fine. but how do you access the tweeter speakers? i'm pretty handy, but i don't want to break any of the molding. and are there instructions on replacing the deck somewhere too?
