Where can I get lower control arm bushings for a 1998 Durango? Do I need to install new lower control arms?

I have a 1998 4wd 5.2 Dodge Durango. I can't find lower control arm bushings anywhere. I only find the upper bushings. Why should I have to replace control arms when I only need bushings?

If memory serves, if your lower arm is aluminum, pressing in and out the bushings is tricky and can damage the arm so the only way to get it is with the bushings installed. Meaning complete arm

Any Chrysler dealership can get it for you. There aren't as many but they still exist. Mostly owned by Fiat now. If control arms are ok don't replace them. It's just easier to get new ones.
