I can't find where the horn in my 97 Dodge Caravan is located. Can anyone tell me exactly where to look?

The horn is usually mounted on the front of the radiator

Hidden in the front wheel well area--out of sight and you can't get to it without a lot of panel removal.

look under the hood right next to the radiator,their usually located near or in that area on those,there may be two of them ,good luck.
