I need music for a softball warmup playlist?

I have a hp windows vista laptop, i made a playlist of music i want to sync to my iphone..i need help how?

  Doing a normal sync to your iPhone will transfer the playlist automatically. Just open iTunes, connect your phone to your PC, and click sync. If you have manually manage music turned on, you have to do this: Open iTunes Connect iPhone Click on the iPhone, and in the tabs at the top, click on "music" In the box called "playlists" click the little check box click sync. That should do it. First, try the first thing. If it doesn't work, try the second set of directions :)
