Will the heated power mirrors off a 2001 Dodge Ram fit on a 1997 Ram?

MY 97 ram has chrome power mirrors, they are broken. I found a set off a 2001 Ram that are black plastic. They are also heated, which mine are not. Could anyone tell me if they will bolt on my 97 Ram with existing mounting holes and if the plug in connectors will work?

Yes and no; they will mount properly but you would have to have the heated mirror feature wired in.

I don't think so but if u have them see what it will take to fit the heater U can delete the wires will be trial and see.

i think the bolt pattern is little different on those than the 97,s was,the heated mirror part you wont be able to use on it unless you hard wire it in,i know when i ordered a mirror for my truck they said 2001 was different than the older ones,good luck.
