Step by step removal power seat 95 dodge ram?

Where can I buy a seat riser/lift kit for the rear bench seat of a 94-01 Dodge Ram 2500 Extended Cab?

• 10 points for the right answer: ..... Does anyone know where can I get a seat riser/lift kit for the rear bench seat of a 94-01 Dodge Ram Extended Cab? I've seen them for sale before, I know they sell them but I can't find a place that makes or sells them anymore. I googled it and couldn't find anything but I found them before. The kit includes 2 small spacer lift blocks, 4 longer bolts, 4 screws, some washers, and two pieces that mount onto the back wall. If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it. It wasn't a big company that had them, they were fabrication shops and people that were making and selling them. I can't remember how I found them though.
