Can't change desktop background?

  • I have Windows 7 and I used to be able to change desktop backgrounds. Recently I got a bad virus. I cleaned up the virus, but now when I try to change my background, I get a little notification that says "This image can't be set as wallpaper. An internal error has occurred." How can I fix this so I can change my background again?

  • Answer:

Try do a google search for something you want say for instance pictures of 66 chevy, or cats or whatever.Find a pic u like and right click and then scroll down and click save or make my desktop. You probably somehow deleted all your pics .
