What is the most fuel efficient mini van?

Where is the fuel filter located on a '02 Chrysler Voyager Mini Van?

• It should be outside the fuel tank but I can't seem to locate it.

  There is an external filter for it, it comes with some of the hose formed to it, so it will be a few feet long with hose and all. You should be able to change it without removing the tank, it's easiest to do on a lift, but could probably be done with a floor jack and jack stands (always use jack stands with a floor jack, and best to have someone else around or a phone handy just in case). When under the vehicle, you should see the fuel lines coming off of the tank on the opposite side of the tank from where you fill it. The filter mounts directly to the gas tank with a bolt, and has plastic clips that hold the lines together. All you have to do is take out the bolt that holds the filter to the tank, and squeeze on the plastic tabs on the clip and pull on the hose to disconnect it. Some gas will come out when you do this, so be careful!
