How do I factory reset a Dell computer?

It's kind of an old computer. Not like ancient or anything and I don't know the exact type but it has been running REAALLLLLLY slow lately and it won't let me install my new webcam because it is saying there is not enough room on the computer to do it (something like that) so I want to reset the whole computer because there is things on here that I don't use at all (adobe photoshop) I do not only want to know how to delete certain programs, I want to completely reset it to the setting it was when it was in the factory.

I believe if I were you, I'd take the computer to a computer repair shop and explain to them what you want to do. If you do have Adobe Photoshop on the hard drive, that is an expensive software that should be saved. Depending on the model of the computer, they may be able to install a larger capacity hard drive, transfer the personal files you wish to keep, plus the software, for a reasonable price. You didn't even say what operating system you have installed, so directions for a system recovery would be sketchy. If your computer is 5 years old or older, they may suggest you upgrade the computer to a newer model and operating system to be cost effective. They could also transfer your files and software for you.
