How to fit a Manual Turbo Boost Controller Bleed Valve Kit to a Vauxhall Cavalier Turbo?

• so im looking to turbo my 2nd generation 4 cyl manual Mitsubishi eclipse. i dont need a big turbo, only looking to get at least 275 hp or so, so i guess about 10 psi. Also i want to get a t3t4 turbo. i found one on ebay, just wondering if its any good. its a Internal Wastegate V-Band Turbo Charger T3/T4 8PSI 63 Trim .60 A/R 2.5" V-Band Outlet Standard T3 Flange and it comes with a manual boost controller. i like it because i dont want to buy a whole kit, ill buy parts separate, but this still comes with a waste gate and controller so itll save me some time, also its cheap and not too big. I need to know if the brand is any good, the general hp range i should expect and support mods, like what size blow off valve things like that its hard for me to find parts that match. also what does 63 Trim .60 A/R mean? general knowledge would be greatly appreciated, the biggest things im looking for are what sizes parts to get, and not willing to spend too much more than $1000 for the everything i need.

  There is more to turbo charging then just buying one and bolting it on. 10 psi will not get you to 275. The bottom end of the engine will probably need to be beefed up with some stronger parts if your car is not turbo charged from factory. You will need low compression pistons as well. If you want to keep your internals stock then 5-8psi is about the most you could run without damaging your engine. If fuel system will need to be modified high boost at high rpm requires more fuel. your engine computer will need to be modified as well. Good luck doing all that for 1000 bucks.
