Windows wont load, need help determining Windows version?

It depends on what version of windows from you OEM sticker underneath you laptop! and i don't know if they or you can find an OEM copy of windows by downloading torrent and burn it to DVD! but don't me to this! never use someones product key, it's illegal! just a reminder you can't use linux to back up files, because the linux is using different File System and you cant open it to your windows once you install it back! you need a desktop that has SATA port or cables with extra SATA Power connectors to back up your files! trust me it works but don't hold me responsible for it! do it at your own risk! i mean its not risky! do it with our own desktop computer if you have 1! heres my number if you have any questions! and i'll help you!

go to the bios screen (when start up it asks press f1 or f2 or f3 pressbutton that it asks) then in bios screen go to boot screen tab then enable boot then go to exit tab then save and exit then it will restart then it will now ask for another button like (f12 or f10) press that then go to hard drive in boot menu then press enter do not put any extra hard drives in or flash drives then it will load that hard drive then windows should work
