How to make background animation?

Help finding a Comic/Animation software for free?

  • See, I have been wanting to make a comic book based off of a book I wrote, and I have all the sketches of the characters, but I need a program that will help me out. In other words, I don't want a program that's just going to take my drawings, help me color them, and stick them in the panels, I need a program that will take already drawn figures, allow me to rig them and move them as you would if you were making an animation. Really all I want is an animation software that is extremely simple, free, and will allow me to import a background. Really it doesn't even need to take screen shots because I can just use the computer to do that. The issue I'm having is I can't find an animation software that will do that. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please help me out here! I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

No program you describe is free, but you might find sample versions on websites to download music. Vuze, Utorrent, Isohunt, etc but beware some of those programs can have viruses.
