How do I create a website on Yahoo?

I have yahoo hosting but I need to create a website that isn't cheesy and plastic, how do I do that?

Sorry! I would like to add pictures, custom text (that I downloaded from myfonts), info, background that I made, have a navigation bar built with text from the custom font, and then upload it to my yahoo hosting. How do I do that? What program should I use? The easiest way of course? I don't want to use Weebly because the templates aren't as trendy and fresh looking. I don't want some amazing website that would take going to school to learn how to do, but something clean, fresh, and trendy. Distressed fonts, grunge type background, slideshow, and linking it to an etsy or storenvy shop is my goal.

I simply love some answers. If you have Microsoft Office you can use Word and create a document to look like the web page you want and then open menus and have it export it as a web page or site and then test it in a web browser. You don't have to know html, unless you need or want some thing special in the coding. I create web pages with Word, Word Perfect , Lotus Suite, Open Office and, some free web page design wysiwyg programs. I also down load several different free templates and change them to suit my needs. Once I have what I want I find a site to put my web page on.
