How can I allow user to create posts in website using ASP.NET?

Create a program for a website?

• I am creating a website for my school's soccer team and I don't know if there will be anyone who is web design savvy as I am. I'm going to school to study computer science and I'm a freshman. Assuming that there isn't a cs person who is going to be on the team when I graduate, I want to create a simple program (specifically for this site) that would allow the future users the ability to edit information on the site (roster, schedule, other information). I've done something similare using xml and c++ but I don't know if it's possible to create a c++ program and sharing it without forcing the user to download a compiler. does anyone how I would go about doing this and would it be possible? I know html, xhtml, css, xml, c++. (i also know a little bit of javascript and php, but not enough to use it) I've done something similar to this before but it required a compiler to do it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  Hi, If you have website administrators who are not familiar with web design, you want to provide a website with a CMS screen that allows editing with a WYSIWYG editor - where the user can easily add new pages and make modifications to existing pages. Off the top of my head, a Wordpress website would very easy. If not try Joomla or Drupal (if you have web design skills/programing skills knowledge).
