    For a car like that you can't rely on any online source. As the E36 be comes increasingly rare the values are still going up despite the economy. If your that car truly only has 37k on the clock and all maintenance in up to date and it has been garaged it's entire life then that car could fetch around $20,000 still. I would even start asking a little more than that. Make sure it goes to a good home. It makes me sad when a pristine M3 goes to a kid or someone who won't appreciate it or take car of it.

I would say around 15,000$ Sell it now, otherwise next year the price will greatly decrease E36, E46, E92
