How reliable is a 2000 BMW 328?

Whats better, a BMW 2000 323 ci or a BMW 325 2001 ci? how about BMW 2000 328 ci and BMW 2001 330 ci?

    Obviously, the 2000 323ci is the cheapest here; with a 2.5l engine rated at 170hp. But being early batch cars, both the 2000 323ci and 328ci has some serious problems which were later solved in the 2001 models. Problems included: Automatic transmission failure due to defective component http://noreverse.org/article_no_reverse_joe_sirugo.html (est repair cost: $6000) Rear driver side subframe mount point tear http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=195602&page=58 (est repair cost: $2000) Unless you are willing to risk paying an additional $8000 for repairs, avoid all 1999 and 2000 E46 models. So you now really have the 2001 325ci and 330ci to choose from. Both offer great driving experience, the 330ci of course has more power. But that's the only difference you'll feel besides that badge at the back.

The 330ci is the fastest because it has a 3.0L engine and the most power. The 323 is the weakest and slowest with a 2.3L engine.

330ci. The sexiest cabriolet. Here in South Africa they are also selling the 325ci, and 335ci. i don't like coupes, i prefer droptops!
