How do I make a free site like this ( Read All ) ?

• I would like to make a free site that allows people to make their own account to upload their own videos ( like YouTube ) upload their own photos ( like PhotoBucket ) and write their own blogs ( like BlogSpot ) all in one site. The site is meant for activists to be able to come together and upload things of different causes and allow them to comment on the videos, photos and blogs. BlogSpot I have no problem with, it truly allows free speech to be shown, but YouTube and PhotoBucket have been known to take away the right to free speech in different cases, but this site is meant to allow more than what YouTube and PhotoBucket will. No, this is not a means to wanting to control people on a site of my own, if it were, I would have a site made already. Wix and Weebly don't have anything that would make a site to allow users that do not own the site to upload their own photos/videos and make their own blogs without being a site moderator. If you know one, please tell me! And it would be better if it allows me to pay to have my own domain name whenever I get the money to do so, but also allows for a free website

  Ning would be perfect for that but unfortunately it's not free. An alternative would be Dolphin software (open source). I'd love to help you out but if it's not something that Youtube or any other site would accept then you might need to host it on your own server (or a web hosting company that accepts sites with rather 'extreme' content.
