I need to know how to measure performance improvement in car service centre. I would like to measure improvement in percentage? Example - Total customer walk in June - 13700, Jul - 18500 customers.

18500 minus 13700 =4800 increase in customer walkins 4800 divided by 13700 = .35 .35 x 100 % = 35%
