BMW Lemon Law Process?

Does anybody know the BMW Lemon Law process? I have already contacted Lemon Law and have already received some papers from the law firm representing BMW. They are requesting I bring my car to them for an inspection. What are they inspecting the car for and will it make a difference in the outcome if the car is not currently experiencing the issues? If anyone has been through this process did you win? What was your outcome?
Answer:

You should already have a laywer that can answer this question and send an outside expert to witness the inspection for you. It doesn't matter to the outcome of the lawsuit if the car is currently experiencing the problems or not, but I would not take it for the inspection without first contacting a laywer and making sure someone is there on your side during the inspection. I have been the expert witness on hundreds of these inspections, and the outcome can really depend on the laywers and exactly what your complaints are.
